We were delighted to host Mr. Andris Ozolins, Operational Project Manager of the CAMART2 Teaming Project, on Thursday, 23/01/2025, as part of a joint workshop between PHAETHON CoE, University of Cyprus, and the CAMART2 project CoE at the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia (ISSP UL).
During the meeting, we had the opportunity to discuss common experiences in the management of Teaming projects, as well as exchange best practices, challenges, and lessons learnt on the setup and organisation of the Centres of Excellence.
It was a particularly useful exchange, given the differing lifecycles of our respective Teaming projects, with the CAMART2 Teaming Project nearing its completion date (31 January 2025). Many thanks to our CAMART2 colleague, Mr. Ozolins, for his insights and input into the next steps.
